Blue Gin
CHARACTERISTICS
Blue Gin is produced from a local Austrian wheat variety called “Mulan”, sourced exclusively from upper Austria. Twenty-seven of the finest botanicals and freshest juniper berries are used, creating the unique flavour of fresh, elegant aroma with fragrant lemon and spice notes.
The spring water used for enriching Blue Gin comes from an alpine pasture in the Mühlviertel district in the northern province of Upper Austria. The water has very low calcium and sodium content which makes in particularly mild and soft, and enhances the complex flavours of the gin.
